January/ February allows our students to get out to Franks Skating Rink once a week to do some ice skating with their class. Here we have Mrs. Tegarts Grade 4/5 class spending some time playing games and enjoying the great ice this winter weather has provided.
Mrs. Smith's Grade 3/4 class has been busy with the Toby Creek Nordic Club, learning all about cross country skiing. Our students learn the basics of putting on skis, the use of poles and different skiing techniques as they move around our field. A hearty Thank You to the Nordic Club for all their instruction and the fun they bring to this activity!
Volleyball Athletes had lots of "Serves" and "Saves" during the Volleyball Season this fall.
